How does the gift card work?
You pay online by card via Stripe. You immediately receive an email with a unique code in the VAL-XXXX-XXXX format. The recipient uses this code to enrol on a course, or sends it to us by email so we deduct the amount.
How long is it valid?
Unlimited validity. The code stays usable with no expiry date, at your own pace.
How is the gift card printed?
On demand, on a beautiful card in the colours of Les Jardins de la Valette, slipped into an envelope and posted to the address of your choice.
Can the recipient choose a different course?
Yes, up to the value of the voucher. If the chosen course costs more, the difference is paid directly. If it costs less, the balance remains usable for another date.
How are the goodies shipped?
Our partner Printful prints on demand in its European workshop and ships directly to the delivery address given at checkout. Allow 5 to 7 working days depending on the country. Tracking is sent by email.
Can I give the voucher to someone else?
Of course, that is the whole idea. The voucher belongs to whoever holds the code, so pass it on to the person of your choice by email, message, or by printing it.
What if there is a problem?
Write to us via the contact form quoting your Stripe order reference. We reply within 48 working hours.
