Mature compost spread on a market-gardening bed

The compost we use comes entirely from the composting of green waste collected at the recycling centre. This waste — leaves, branches, gardening residues — is collected and sent to specialised composting facilities.

After being shredded and mixed with other organic matter, it goes through a natural composting process to be transformed into a rich and fertile compost.

This high-quality compost is then brought back to our farm to be used in our crops. Thanks to this ecological method, we provide our plants with all the nutrients they need to grow in a healthy, vigorous way. The resource is readily available and affordable, which allows us to support sustainable agriculture while protecting the environment.
