A microfarm, a school,a community of growers.

SINCE 2012

A microfarm, a community, a shared experience.

At Les Jardins de la Valette, each season we grow more than 40 vegetables and nearly 100 varieties using bio-intensive market gardening. Over the years, we have also taken pleasure in passing on what we have learned: we mentor students in their craft, we run a Circle community of over 1,500 growers and enthusiasts, and we share our daily life on YouTube.

What they say

Aylne A.

Your course is very well designed, both for project leaders (it can save them considerable time on technical choices, for example) and for established market gardeners looking to improve their system, refine their practice, or take a step back. This is THE training that was missing! Moreover, being able to follow it online is truly extraordinary — I could never have afforded to do it in person. The content is concise yet clear and feels exhaustive. The fact that it's offered by a market gardener with this much experience makes it all the more valuable (it's worth remembering that it's a business above all, and it has to be viable!). To my eyes, only someone working the land can convey this much information, and Les Jardins de la Valette are a fine example of success. Keep it up! It's very encouraging for young growers like us :)
